It is very effective for various conditions and is used as a dietary supplement as well. Ashwagandha is fast gaining popularity because it is one of the most powerful herbs. In this article, we will take a look at how to make an Ashwagandha Churan.
If you have made an Ashwagandha Churna before then you will know that it is quite easy to make. All you need is some Ashwagandha, a gourd like banana, some salt and some palm oil. With these things you can make a bowl of Ashwagandha Churan in just few minutes. You can prepare this herbal remedy two times a week. There are many people who prefer to make a bowl daily, but once in a while things can get hectic and we need to make a quick Churan out of Ashwagandha.
Firstly, you need to find a place where you can store your Ashwagandha Churan. Any area which has a cool and shady area is suitable. After you have stored your Ashwagandha Churan, then remove the leaves from the gourd using a knife. Now make a paste with the help of a dry cloth. Once you have made a paste, take a bowl and pour the Ashwagandha Churan mixture into it. Stir gently while adding so that the bowl doesn’t break.
Next, you have to add some water to the bowl. Make sure that the Ashwagandha Churan gets mixing in the water properly. Once you are done, you can add sugar and salt to taste. Now let the bowl stand for a couple of hours so that the Ashwagandha gets dried in time. Then use a cheese cloth to dry it.
After a few days, you can add a few drops of essential oil in the Ashwagandha Churan and mix it well. This will make a very good smelling Ashwagandha. If you feel that the Ashwagandha is getting stale, then just add a little water in the bowl. This will rejuvenate the Ashwagandha and keep it fresh for a longer period. In case, if the Ashwagandha has become dried and moldy then just boil it in water and add few drops of essential oil.
The final step is to grind the Ashwagandha in a mortar and pestle. Once the Ashwagandha has been ground, you can add the cooked Ashwagandha powder and grind again. When you grind the Ashwagandha powder, you have to make sure that all the powder is completely dry. Then you can add this mixture in the Ashwagandha bowl and boil it.
You can use the Ashwagandha in any form like preparing food, cleaning and massaging all of which are perfect. It has properties that make the skin soft and shiny. It is also rich in Vitamin D, which is good for the teeth and bone structure. When you add this Ashwagandha in your breakfast, lunch or dinner, it will definitely give you many health benefits.
So if you want to experience all these health benefits with a home made Ashwagandha Ruchi, then grind the fresh Ashwagandha and add some milk and sugar in it. You can drink this twice or thrice a day as per your requirement. Ashwagandha is a powerful herb that gives long lasting health benefits if taken regularly. Give Ashwagandha Ruchi to your loved ones for the wonderful feeling and relaxation that it will give.
To prepare this delicacy, first you have to add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil over a moderate heat. Allow mixture to cool down and blend well. Then, add dry fruits like mango, cashew, almond and pineapples and mix gently. The mixture will be sticky at the beginning but once all the ingredients are blended well, it will become light and the Ashwagandha will stick to the bowl. Use a spatula to break the Ashwagandha into small pieces.
Once all the pieces are broken, add dry fruits like mango, peaches and pineapples and mix gently. Then fold the pieces of Ashwagandha in half and cover for about 15 minutes so that they can soak up all the flavor of the fruits. It will take about three to four hours for this bowl to harden. When you feel the bowl is ready, add few drops of pure milk and garnish with a little honey.
